Each project or order will be confirmed via email, WhatsApp, or Telegram, and may include a written agreement when required.
2. Delivery Timeline
Service timelines vary by complexity. General delivery times:
- Stripe/PayPal/NOWPayments integration: 2–5 business days
- Custom checkout forms: 3–7 business days
- Security and malware cleanup: 1–3 business days
Clients will be informed of the estimated delivery time before project confirmation.
3. Payment Policy
Payments must be made in advance via accepted gateways:
- USDT/BTC (crypto)
- Wise / Payoneer (for international clients)
- Local bKash/Nagad (for Bangladesh only)
No service will begin without confirmation of payment, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
4. Refund Policy
We aim for full satisfaction. However, refunds are subject to the following:
Full refund if:
- Work has not started, and the client cancels within 24 hours
- The service cannot be delivered due to our fault
No refund if:
- Work has already been completed and delivered
- The client is unresponsive for more than 5 days after payment
- Disputes may happen when unsupported third-party plugins cause issues.
Partial refunds may be considered under mutual discussion.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information (website access, API keys, business details)
- Cooperate in a timely manner for faster delivery
- Please do not use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities
6. Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible for:
- Loss due to misuse of payment gateways
- Hosting/server-side issues outside our control
- Payment gateway account rejections by Stripe/2Checkout/others
7. Updates to Terms
We may update this document at any time. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any updates or changes we make.
